unfortunately the notebooks as shown on entry of dec 6 have gone but there are plenty other pretty prints to be had. an especially festive one is the one shown here on top of the others, chrysanthemums that look like a firework! the empty pages are perfect for new year resolutions...

now that we need to cover up well to meet the cold this retro brooch adds a welcome spark and contrast to any knitted outfit.

this is the last teal number as things are getting increasingly out of hand for christmas. help!

since i don't sell chanel perfume, this number goes to a salad bowl. re-edited danish classic made of steel and enamel. pictured in teal, comes in red, darkblue, black and purple too.

if you don't have any time on your hands and don't enjoy fiddling with glue: just slip a sheet of patterned paper in you underwear drawer. 1 minute for everyday pleasure.

i'm sorry to have let you down with my blog for a long while now! so i have decided to (hopefully) make up with a series of things i think make for a lovely present. here's the first: beautiful small notebook with thick, empty pages, in a handprinted japanese paper. isn't it a work of art?
