playing domino

the gold dots of the glasses on the rectangular form of the tray sort of reminded me of domino bricks :-)

well, here is the probably last entry of a new product: the glass with the gold dot on the bottom. the dots are handdecorated in the crystal glass, two shapes, low or high(er). lovely stuff for 14.50/piece.

then a classic: the turning tray with teak wood border. if you turn it over you will find the other side is black. clever and most elegant indeed.

colours & shapes

the subtle colours of above vases don't really show, there's just not enough day light for pictures these days... bah, much better to have a look in the shop anyway!

below some japan ware (you could never tell there's 40% wood in the material)that is on sale in the shop.

an apple a day...

today, to put il mildly, we could do without sunscreen... thank god the shortest day of the year is only a couple of days away and then we're on the ascendent again. until then let's get some vitamin and coffee.

since i don't sell chanel perfume, this number goes to a salad bowl. re-edited danish classic made of steel and enamel. pictured in teal, comes in red, darkblue, black and purple too.

who needs the perfect match when combining is much more interesting? here japan meets italy and the uk, wood meets plastic meets glass, clean lines meet curves, colours contrast and balance. playing is just what the doctor ordered.

who would have thought that even ceramics like to curl up this season...
