i don't like to drop the word christmas anything before december, HOWEVER if you plan for one of those delicious sideboards as a christmas present you need to get cracking NOW! all orders before end of next week are guaranteed to be in before christmas.

as a novelty the sideboards can now be ordered in two colours of your choice - the interior finished in one colour, the exterior and edges in another. makes the choice even more difficult!

hang on

entrance halls tend to be grey, a little frumpy and largely unattractive. while we may not have the time/courage to paint a wall, it takes only 10 minutes to take a drill, make two holes and hang this coat rack (made of several coat hangers). now try this: make your entrance, unceremoniously throw your coat at the rack and walk off...

coat rack dimensions: 13x50x75cm, for now only available in pink, soon in white too.

oh happy day

friends of the boudoir, this evening i feel really elated! the last few days i was forced to clear the future 4th room of the shop. whereby "to clear" is a massive exageration, when i really just managed to shuffle things around. room for my custom-built, corner-hugging cupboard that M&M brought today. it looks phantastic, i love, love it!

keep posted for more pictures as the 4th room is not yet ready to open. (waiting for new pendant lights and oh... remember the re-shuffle didn't really solve the problem #§!%**#!).

(dedicated to last night's sadistic bus driver - not that he will ever know...)i have worn mine for several weeks and now they have finally hit the shop: little cord bracelets in many colours with a silver or gold pleated pendant. for those less fond of the skull (which is my favorite) there are other pendants to chose from: feather, circles, headphones etc. looks good on its own or paired with another bracelet as seen on petra.

sitting in the metro i was texting a friend and before i knew what was going on i fought off a young man who tried to snatch my brand new i-phone from me, holding on to it for dear life! seems my reflexes work as they should :-)

this is the first picture i took with my genious telephone camera: after all this action i was hungry and boy did i enjoy my meal!

now that the strawberry season definitely left us it's time to snuggle up at home. i have handpicked a few wool carpets and rugs that are between 40 to 80 years old, in wonderful spicy colours that encompass the whole mood of the season. i don't really have the room to display the kilims in the shop, so please do ask for them to have a look.
