i had ordered them in september and thought they would make a beautiful christmas present... now the english scented candles have arrived just three days before christmas, grrrr. anyway, they will be perfect for the long winter days to come.

a fashion reboot

the cold season is bad news for my looks. drowned in shapeless pullovers, not to mention the graceless boots, i end up looking like a shepherd... failing the charming backdrop of mountains and nature, in a much less rugged and romantic way. Imagine the pleasure i take in fiddling with the jewellery now!
ladies, treat yourself to a nice piece of jewellery for the office apéro, christmas and all the parties in between.

half the rent for your christmas presents...

yes, there is a lot going on in this picture, e.g. how many birds can you count?
but the reason i picked this picture is that it shows the prettiest wrapping paper in town, plus another example of how to use japanese rice paper as a substitute for ribbon. this tape can be placed and re-placed until it's spot on!

work in progress

if you think this is a bit disorganised the fact that you can actually walk in the new room now must already be declared quite a progress. "le provisoire" - after all - rhymes perfectly with le boudoir...

so although all is not ready nor the way i planned it i am happy and excited to welcome you to the new room in the shop!
